Request account deletion
Use this page to request deletion of your SAM account and applicable personal information. We will verify which records belong to you and review any shared records or retention obligations. This does not delete your ChatGPT account, cancel a delivery or change a payment.

Use the account you used to save SAM support conversations. Signing in does not automatically prove ownership of delivery or driver records.

Open SAM support and say that you want to make a privacy or deletion request. We will need to verify your connection to the records. Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers or private access links.
Transaction, safety, claim and other shared records may require separate review. The request status is not confirmation that information has been erased. Read our privacy policy.
