SAM SMS program
Delivery text updates
SAM is the customer-facing service operated by Swift Asset Movement, and SamDelivers.com is its customer website. SAM offers optional transactional text messages so customers can follow active requests without repeatedly checking the website.
How customers opt in
- Start a delivery request on the SAM website.
- Enter a mobile number in the customer contact section.
- Review the SMS disclosure and actively check the separate, optional Send me delivery updates by text box.
- Submit the request. The checkbox is off by default, and declining it does not prevent a purchase or request.
What messages may include
- Request confirmation and driver-matching updates
- Driver arrival, pickup, and delivery status
- Security codes, request changes, and service support
Program details
Message frequency varies based on request activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing or using SAM services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
